We primarily process personal data when you contact us, request a quotation, approach us with a design or production brief, or subscribe to one of our communications.
Our forms request only the information necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not use the data you provide for purposes unrelated to your enquiry unless you have given separate consent or applicable law requires otherwise.

NEWSLETTER / NOTIFICATIONS
Contact details
If you separately subscribe to a newsletter or marketing communication, we process the email address and subscription-related information required for this purpose. Every such message includes an option to unsubscribe.
If you place an order, additional information may be required to complete the project, such as the survey or installation address, billing details and technical information related to delivery of the service.

02 — Quotation and project consultation
We use the information provided with a quotation request to prepare the quotation, clarify the technical scope and, where necessary, continue the consultation.
03 — Fulfilling an order
If you place an order, we may use the data for design, production, surveying, delivery, installation, invoicing and related administration.
Who may have access?
Your data may be accessed by BEX Home employees and contributors who need it to perform the relevant task.
We may also use technical service providers to operate the website and customer communications, such as hosting, email, CRM, form or analytics providers. These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to perform their own tasks.
If an external professional is required to complete a project, we disclose only the data necessary for carrying out that task.
05 / HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We retain data for as long as necessary for the relevant enquiry, service or legal obligation.
If an enquiry does not result in an order, you may request deletion of the data you provided. If an order is placed, certain documents, such as billing or contractual records, may need to be retained for a longer period under applicable law. Newsletter data is processed until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
