IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION / BEX HOME
Creativity
has room to grow.
Bespoke decoration is backed by material knowledge, graphic preparation and our own UV printing. Together, these make it possible to turn an idea into a surface that can actually be produced.
We work for both private clients and professional partners. From the first consultation, we consider the artwork, substrate and conditions of use together, so the solution works both visually and technically.

01 / A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PROCESS
From the image
to the finished surface.
01
Graphic preparation
We adapt the selected artwork to the agreed dimensions. We review the crop, resolution and placement of key motifs; for multi-panel projects, we also plan the continuity of the composition.
02
Surface preparation
A properly prepared substrate is the foundation of the print. Cleaning and any pre-treatment are selected to suit the material and the production task.
03
UV printing
The decoration is printed directly onto the surface. The print setup and required layers are selected according to the desired appearance.
04
Backing layer and appearance
A white backing layer can also form part of the glass decoration. We determine opacity and the role of light according to the intended use.
05
Inspection and handover
We check the placement of the artwork, the appearance of the print and the condition of the finished surface. Packaging, delivery and any installation are agreed as part of the project.
02 / MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION PARAMETERS
The project defines
the details.
Whether it is a one-off bespoke surface or a multi-part project, we start with the dimensions, material, quantity and intended use.
Decorative glass
Kitchen and bathroom wall panels, glass doors and room-dividing surfaces. Glass type, thickness and processing are determined by the intended use.
Customer-supplied material
If you supply the material, we agree its exact type, condition, dimensions and intended use before production begins.
Custom substrates
For printing on other materials, we start with the specific surface and the effect you want to achieve. Feasibility and the need for a sample are assessed separately.
Maximum producible size, panel division, lead time and delivery method are agreed once the exact technical requirements are known.
03 / QUALITY IN PRACTICE
Attention shows
in the details.
Composition and alignment
We consider the position of key motifs together with panel divisions, cut-outs and visible edges.
Material and appearance
Colours, opacity and light are best judged in the real environment of the surface. For special requirements, we can also discuss producing a sample.
Care through to handover
Alongside the finished print, the condition of the surface and the next stage of work also matter. Handover details are coordinated with delivery and installation.
04 / PRODUCTION PARTNERSHIP
Your concept.
Our production capabilities.
Are you an interior designer, furniture manufacturer or contractor looking for a decorative surface for your own project? We integrate the production task into your workflow.
The collaboration can include both graphic preparation and printing. From the outset, we clarify who supplies the material, what documentation is required and how handover will take place.
PRODUCTION ENQUIRY
Let’s give form
to your idea.
Send us a short description, dimensions and an image or drawing. Based on these, we can begin the technical discussion. You can also let us know if you would like a sample.
